  After a beach trip my wife and I were looking for a place to get food to go because we were going to another commitment. My wife suggested Panera Bread but I bragged to her about the convenience of my Corner Bakery account, your food and service. We placed our order online and went to pick it up. I asked for my regular fix and a kids meal. My kid's meal was ordered with a whole banana and a milk. Again this was a to go order, when I returned to my car my wife noticed that the PBJ zandwich came with a pickle, I came back and asked the cashier to replace the pickle for a banana they seemed confused by my request and one person said that my order came with no banana. I checked my phone and confirmed that I requested a banana. They replaced it and went back to my car, my wife noticed there were no utensils for the salad and noticing that I was upset went to the restaurant again to ask for utensils. They gave her a steel fork and napkins (I appreciate the irony on Earth's day), now we were in a rush and I didn't want to go a third time inside. We hitted the road and when my son asked for his milk there was no milk. I paid for it and it wasn't there, I have been a loyal customer for a while and I created my online account little over a year now and this is the first time something like this happened to me. I did not want to make a fuss out of this but there too many things went wrong with this experience that I just couldn't let it pass. The restaurant wasn't busy, there were plenty of personal and this should not happened. I am pretty loyal to my local CBC at The Block in Orange but I will think twice about recommending other locations to anyone or to go out of my regular café. Who knows, next time I probably will opt for going to Panera Bread as my wife suggested in the first place. Heads up guys, this is not the service I expected from you.
