  Unfortunately I had the most horrible displeasure of getting the worst service in the world from this dry cleaners. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I took a shirt in to have some alterations done on 7/21/2016, I explained what I needed to be done to a very nice young man. I was told to pick up the shirt on Monday 7/25/2016. When I went to get the shirt it was not done correctly, I explained to a very nice man what I needed done again and that I need the shirt to be pressed and was told to pick up the shirt on Tuesday 7/26/2016. Well when I went to get the shirt at around 5:30 pm on the 26th, it was not done, when I mentioned to the guy behind the counter that I needed the shirt for Saturday 7/30/2016 for my sons wedding he did go into the back of the facility to talk to someone after waiting for about 10 min he brought me the shirt all balled up into a mess and said it was done, I asked him if the shirt could be pressed and told that I had not asked for it to be pressed when I first brought it in, He said "no I can't" , I asked well of I'll leave it when can I get pick it up, He said Monday, at that point I got frustrated and raised my voice while explaining once again that I needed the shirt for Saturday. He then proceeded to tell me not to raise my voice, I tried to explain why I was frustrated and he just did not care. At that point I took the shirt and said that my family would not be coming back to this business. As I was walking out of the business he shouted at me F*** Y**.
  Mind you, there was another customer in the place. I give this no stars!!!!!
