  OK, the staffs here are not very motivated to help. My car was dropped to a nearby body shop to repair, so I have to rent a car from them. My estimated repair time was 20 days and I didn't realize they gave me a car whose registration would be expired in 10 days!! What kind of rental car company does this?!
  
  What's worse, I got a notice from Hertz saying that I have used the toll road in the amount of $0.85, and they freaking charge me $30 administrative fee for it!!!! Seriously?! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN! Scam company!!
